Gift of Light by killersnowman Gift of Light by killersnowman
wow! i knew that it was gona be a good shoot when i went out tonight, but i never knew it would be this good... i i scouted out this spot at around 6:30 and piddled around and shot some pics of the surounding area (most of which turned out under or overexposed because of the intense light at the time. i waited until 7:45, when the light was good and was able to take this picture.

i really like this pic and i hope some of you will be able to enjoy it! =)

NOTE: the print is a 16bit tiff and is very high quality

enjoy!

It is a lovely photo. Those clouds seem to complement the soft appearance of the photo a great deal. I like the soft colours that you can only accociate with that time of the day, and it's a very atmospheric photo. I wonder what would have happened if you had taken a long exposure photo 10 minutes prior to this one? Do you have a tripod? Hmmm...I just gave myself and idea! Thanks for the inspiration, and well done on an excellent shot mate :)

Holy cow! So beautiful! I love everything about this! The way the sun looks setting into the clouds, and how some light still seems to reflect on the water. It's all so breathtakingly beautifuL!
